Based on their investment experience around Pure Gym and The Gym Group, Magenta founded and launched Viva Gym, a low cost gym business, in Spain in July 2012.  In the 5 years since, it has grown to over 90,000 members and is the Spanish low cost market leader.  In September 2015, Bridges Ventures invested into the business as part of an accelerated roll-out program.

In February 2014, Viva Gym launched its second territory with its first club in Johannesburg, South Africa.  It has since grown to over 20,000 members across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
